1. How do I create an account on PlayersPortal.com?
To register:
Click on Login/Register button on top right of the screen.
Click on "Don’t have any account? Sign up".
Fill in your details, including your email address and password.
Click Register and check your email for a verification link.
Click the verification link to activate your account and log in.
2. Why haven’t I received my verification email?
If you haven’t received your verification email:
Check your spam/junk folder – sometimes, emails get filtered.
Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration.
Wait a few minutes, as email delivery might be delayed.
If you still don’t see it, please try to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" in the login page.
If the issue persists, contact support.
3. I clicked the verification link, but my account is still not verified. What should I do?
Ensure you clicked the most recent verification email sent to you. Try logging in to see if verification was successful. If the issue continues:
Clear your browser cache and try again.
If verification fails, contact our support team.
4. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you forgot your password:
Go to the Login page and click Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
Check your email for the password reset link.
Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
5. I entered the correct password, but I still can’t log in. What should I do?
Double-check your email and password. Make sure Caps Lock is off on your keyboard. If you still can’t log in:
Try resetting your password (see question #4).
Clear browser cache or try logging in using a different browser.
If you recently changed your password, try entering the old one and then reset it again.
If none of these work, contact support.
5. Can I change my email address after registration?
Currently, email changes are not allowed for security reasons. If you need to update your email, please contact support.
7. I registered with the wrong email. How can I fix it?
If you used the wrong email:
You must register again with the correct email.
If you made a typo and can’t verify your account, contact support.
8. My account is locked. How can I unlock it?
Your account may be temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts. To unlock:
Wait 15 minutes and try again.
Reset your password if you think you entered the wrong one.
If the account remains locked, contact support.
